One good way to determine risk in an organization is by developing a SWOT analysis that will show internal and external risks based on an organization’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Read SWOT analysis: Discover new opportunities, manage and eliminate threats. Evaluate the HR practices of your company or a company you know well. Create a brief SWOT analysis (1–2 items for each of the areas) of your organization’s HR practices. Pick one of the weaknesses you have identified and provide a short recommendation to address the weakness.
